These terms govern your organization's use of ELOS. Where your organization has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence.

The agreement
These terms are an agreement between [Legal entity name] and the organization that creates or uses an ELOS workspace ("customer"). The person accepting them confirms they are authorised to bind the customer.
Accounts
The customer is responsible for who it gives access to, for the roles it assigns, and for keeping sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Your data
- The customer owns all content it or its tools put into ELOS, and everything ELOS produces from it ("customer data").
- We may use customer data only to provide, secure and support ELOS for that customer, and as the law requires.
- We do not sell customer data or use it to train AI models.
- The customer can export its data at any time while the workspace is active.
AI features
AI features answer from customer data and may draft actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so the customer is responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. Drafted actions take effect only after a person confirms them. How AI uses customer data is described in AI and your data, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
The customer must follow the acceptable use policy.
Security and privacy
We maintain the safeguards described on Security and trust, and process personal data as described in the privacy policy. We sign a data processing agreement with customers who need one.
Third-party tools
ELOS connects to tools the customer chooses. Those tools remain governed by their own terms, and the customer is responsible for having the rights to connect them.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in the order or plan the customer selects. Free plans may have limits and can change with notice.
Term and termination
Either party may end these terms as allowed by the plan or order. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service. After termination, the customer can export its data for 30 days, after which we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Warranties
We provide ELOS with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, ELOS is provided "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law and courts].
Changes
We will give customers notice of material changes before they take effect.
