Do not
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Put data into ELOS that you have no right to process, or special categories of personal data you don't need.
- Try to access another customer's workspace, or data outside the permissions you were given.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service except as our security disclosure policy allows.
- Interfere with the service, or bypass rate limits, usage limits or security controls.
- Upload malware, or use ELOS to send spam or deceptive content.
- Resell or provide ELOS to third parties without our written agreement.
- Use ELOS to monitor people in ways the law of their country does not allow.
AI features
- Don't try to make Ask ELOS reveal data outside your permissions, or trick it into ignoring its instructions.
- Don't use AI output as the only basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people.
- Review drafted actions before you confirm them.
Security testing
Good-faith research within our security disclosure policy is welcome and is not a breach of this policy.
Enforcement
We may suspend access that breaches this policy, in proportion to the risk, and will tell the customer why unless the law or an active threat prevents it.
