Sub-processors
These are the third parties that may process customer data on our behalf to provide ELOS. Each is bound by a written agreement with confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations at least as strict as ours.

Customer data is not processed in production until every row above names its provider. The tools a customer chooses to connect (for example its identity provider or source control) are the customer's own vendors, not our sub-processors.
Changes
We give customers at least 30 days' notice before a new sub-processor starts processing customer data, so they can raise objections.
