Draft
AI and your data
Your product ideas, designs and internal knowledge are among the most valuable things your company owns. Ask ELOS is built so they work for your organization, and only for your organization.

The short version
- Ask ELOS answers from your workspace's knowledge, and cites its sources.
- It reads only what the person asking is allowed to read.
- Your administrators decide which kinds of data AI may use at all.
- It drafts actions; a person always confirms them.
- ELOS does not train AI models on your data, and your data is never used to answer another customer.
Where answers come from
Every answer is built from content retrieved from your own workspace at the moment you ask: your services, owners, documents and records. Each answer lists the sources it used. When those sources don't support an answer, Ask ELOS says so rather than guessing.
Who can see what
Ask ELOS applies the same permissions as the rest of the product, including attribute-based scope by team, service tier or service. If a person can't open a record in ELOS, Ask ELOS can't use it to answer them. Answers never reveal content from outside the asker's scope.
Your admins set the boundary
Workspace administrators choose which data domains AI may read. A domain that is switched off is never retrieved, whatever the question and whoever asks.
People approve actions
Ask ELOS can draft an access request, a privileged elevation, a handover task or a service-desk ticket. Nothing happens until a person confirms the draft, and it then passes the same authorization and approval steps as if that person had created it by hand.
No training on your data
ELOS does not use your content to train, fine-tune or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's. Your data is not pooled with other customers' data and is never used to answer another customer's question.
AI model providers
To write an answer, ELOS sends the question and only the content retrieved for it to an AI model provider, which returns the response. We use only providers whose terms prohibit training on the content we send, and we require zero or minimal retention where the provider offers it. The providers we use are listed on our sub-processors page.
Conversations and memory
- Conversations are encrypted when stored, follow your workspace's retention settings, and can be exported or deleted.
- Ask ELOS remembers something about you only when you ask it to. That memory is encrypted to you, and you can review and delete it.
Isolation between customers
Your knowledge, its search index and your conversations live inside your isolated workspace. There is no shared index or shared memory across customers.
Your rights and controls
You own your data and the answers produced from it. You can export it, set how long it is kept, and erase it. See the privacy policy for the rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
